Indigo introduces their own take on the famous Hawaiian dish, poke, commonly composed of diced raw fish packed with umami flavours. Try the 3 variants namely Tuna, Salmon and Tofu.
The Tuna Poke Bowl uses sustainably line-caught yellowfin tuna served on top of seasoned white rice together with scallion cucumber, guacamole, mango, purple cabbage, and dressed with soy sauce, rice wine, and sesame.
You can also enjoy sustainably line-caught Atlantic salmon served on top of seasoned white rice together with onion chips, cilantro, charred corn kernels, sesame seeds, pickled red radish, tobiko, toasted nori and creamy sriracha dressing.
A vegan option is available as well — the Tofu Poke Bowl is made of barbecue glazed bean curd, sautéed bell pepper and zucchini, chilli pineapple, scallions, pickled ginger and sesame seeds with ponzu dressing served on top of seasoned white rice.
