Assistant F&B Manager
Assist in the management of restaurant operations to include guest service standards and initiatives, product quality, cost controls, and overall profitability, marketing initiatives, system use and management, budgeting, and forecasting.
Qualifications
- Graduate of HRM or any Business Management-related course
- Minimum of 2 years of F&B management/supervisory experience
- Wine & beverage knowledge in an upscale environment
- Strong customer skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Computer literate
- Knowledge of various food service styles
- Willing to work in a fast-paced working environment
Hygiene and Sanitation Officer
- Facilitate preparation of food safety plans and facilitate introduction of food safety systems
- Respond to incidents of food poisoning in his area and to send report and initiate corrective action
- Maintain a data base of hygiene records within the area assigned
- Monitor, record, analyze, and report on the Food Safety and Quality System metrics.
Safety and Security Manager
- Minimum of 5 years work experience as Safety and Security Manager
- Expertise in principles and practices of management, supervision and training
- Knowledge of trends and developments concerning safety and security
- Ability to initiate, facilitate, plan or implement change support innovation and creativity.
Concierge Supervisor
Supervises and directs concierge activities, bell service, airport, land, and boat transportation operations.

Guest Services Associate
Handles room reservations, telephone operator duties, and coordination with various departments, for guest requests and concerns. The Guest Services Associate likewise facilitates the check-out process and assists guests with the inquiries sent through voice and email.

Events Sales Manager
- Serve as a primary point of contact for all banquets
- Maintain banquet event order paperwork for each booking
- Work with the marketing team to develop promotional materials
- Develop promotions or specialty packages to entice new customers
Reservations Associate
Process and handle bookings/room reservations via phone and email – receive, create, edit and cancel. Ensure guests’ details and preferences are complete and inputted correctly in the hotel PMS.
Qualifications
- Graduate of HRM or any Business Management-related course
- Fluent in English, spoken and written
- Knowledge in Computer Applications (Windows, Hotel Systems, etc.)
- Experience in Hotel Reservations is an advantage
