Assistant F&B Manager
Assist in the management of restaurant operations to include guest service standards and initiatives, product quality, cost controls, and overall profitability, marketing initiatives, system use and management, budgeting, and forecasting.
Qualifications
- Graduate of HRM or any Business Management-related course
- Minimum of 2 years of F&B management/supervisory experience
- Wine & beverage knowledge in an upscale environment
- Strong customer skills

- Computer literate

- Graduate of B.S in Food Technology and related fields

- Must have experience in Food Safety Management System (FSMS) and should be proficient in Food Safety Standards
- Must be able to conduct food safety audit and training
Safety and Security Manager
- Minimum of 5 years work experience as Safety and Security Manager
