   2. Participant to fill out the Happy Summer Dance Moves form. Click here to access the form.
   3. Participant must upload a video dancing the Happy Summer Dance Moves while at Discovery Shores Boracay on his TikTok account with the following caption: @DiscoveryResorts #DSBHappySummer
   4. Once done uploading a video, participant must tag another account in Discovery Resorts Happy Summer Dance Moves Video comment section
   5. Participant must follow @DiscoveryResorts on Tiktok, @discoveryshoresboracay on Instagram
   6. One valid URL of Happy Summer Dance Moves TikTok Video per account is equivalent to one (1) e-raffle entry.
   7. Winner will be drawn on June 3, 2022.
   8. Winner will be announced on Discovery Shores Boracay’s Facebook and TikTok page and will be informed via registered e-mail, SMS and call using the provided information.

QUALIFICATIONS

RAFFLE DRAW MECHANICS

1. The winner will be chosen electronically through the RANDOM.ORG program under the supervision of a (Department of Trade and Industry) DTI Representative.
2. Draw date will be on June 3, 2022 at the 5th floor, 25 ADB Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, 1600.
3. The winner will be announced on the raffling property’s official Facebook and TikTok Page.
4. The winner will be notified via registered mail, SMS and email that they have won the raffle and must send an email to Discovery Shores Boracay to claim their e-voucher.
5. The winner has 60 days from the day they received the registered mail notification to confirm and claim their e-voucher or the prize will be forfeit prior to DTI approval.
6. Employees of Discovery Shores Boracay, JTKC, Discovery World and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are excluded from participating in this promo.

*20% tax for prizes exceeding Php 10,000 will be shouldered by Discovery World Corporation
*Prizes are transferrable but not convertible to cash.

Validity:

Valid for one year from the date of the voucher’s issuance.

Terms & Conditions

1. 1. Use of the winning voucher will be subject to black-out dates and prevailing government guidelines on travel.
   2. Prior reservation is required.
   3. The bearer must state his/her intention to use this voucher when reservation is made via call or email.
   4. Black-out dates include, but are not limited to, special holidays and long weekends.
   5. Not valid if presented in conjunction with special promotions/discounts. Only one voucher per transaction is allowed.
   6. Voucher is non-commissionable and not convertible to cash.
   7. The voucher must be presented to the Front Office personnel upon check-in.
   8. This voucher is fully transferable but must be accompanied by an authorization letter and a copy of the valid ID from the winner authorizing the bearer to redeem the voucher.
   9. No extensions on the validity date stated above unless issued by the property due to government guidelines on travel.

HOW TO CLAIM PRIZES

1. After receiving the notification (registered mail, SMS and/or email), the winner must send an email using their registered email address to reservations@dsb.discovery.com.ph confirming that they have received any of the notifications: registered mail, SMS or e-mail.
2. The winner has 60 days from the day they received the registered mail notification to confirm and claim their e-voucher or the prize will be forfeit prior to DTI approval.
3. An e-voucher will be sent to the winner’s registered e-mail address.
4. The voucher will be valid for one year from the date of when the voucher was issued to the winner.
5. The recipient must provide the gift certificate number to the reservation team representative prior to making a reservation.
6. During check-in the recipient must present the voucher to the Front Desk.
7. 20% tax for prizes exceeding Php 10,000 will be shouldered by Discovery Shores Boracay.
8. Prizes are transferrable but not convertible to cash.
