1. 1. Participant must register at https://www.discoveryshoresboracay.com/newsletter/subscribe-and-stay/entry-form/ with a valid personal email address, complete name, address, cellphone number, date of birth and country of residence.
   2. Participant must agree to receive Newsletters from Discovery Shores Boracay and Discovery Hospitality.
   3. One valid email address is equivalent to one (1) e-raffle entry.
   4. Winner will be drawn on July 06, 2021.
   5. Winner will be announced on Discovery Shores Boracay’s Facebook page and will be informed via registered mail, SMS and call using the provided information.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. 1. Open to all residents in Western Visayas, Cebu and Davao;
   2. Must be a Philippine citizen or permanent resident of the Philippines;
   3. 18 years and older;
   4. Subscribed to Discovery Shores Boracay & Discovery Hospitality newsletters;
   5. Completed Entry Form.

RAFFLE DRAW MECHANICS

1. The winner will be chosen electronically through the RANDOM.ORG program under the supervision of a (Department of Trade and Industry) DTI Representative.
2. Draw date will be on July 06, 2021 the 25th floor, 25 ADB Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, 1600.
3. The Winner will be announced on Discovery Shores Boracay’s official Facebook page.
4. The winner will be notified via registered mail, SMS and email that they have won the raffle and must send an email to Discovery Hospitality to claim their e-voucher.
5. The winner has 60 days from the day they received the registered mail notification to confirm and claim their e-voucher or the prize will be forfeit prior to DTI approval.
6. Employees of Discovery Hospitality, JTKC, Discovery World and their relatives up to the 3rd degree of consanguinity or affinity are excluded from participating in this promo.

*20% tax for prizes exceeding Php 10,000 will be shouldered by Discovery World Corporation
*Prizes are transferrable but not convertible to cash.
*Airfare not included.

PRIZE

One winner of a Three-day, two-night (3D2N) stay

Validity:

Valid for one year from the date of the voucher’s issuance.

Inclusions:

• Daily breakfast for two (2) at Sands Restaurant.
• Complimentary refreshments and welcome snacks in the room upon arrival
• In-Room Welcome Amenities, including bag and slippers
• Complimentary shuttle service from the resort to any destination between Station 1 & Station 3
• Roundtrip land and boat transfers from Caticlan Airport available during check in and check out dates only (Caticlan Airport-Fairways Welcome Center to Discovery Shores and vice versa.)

Terms & Conditions

1. 1. Use of the winning voucher will be subject to black-out dates and prevailing government guidelines on travel.
   2. Prior reservation is required.
   3. The bearer must state his/her intention to use this voucher when reservation is made via call or email.
   4. Black-out dates include, but are not limited to, special holidays and long weekends.
   5. Not valid if presented in conjunction with special promotions/discounts. Only one voucher per transaction is allowed.
   6. Voucher is non-commissionable and not convertible to cash.
   7. The voucher must be presented to the Front Office personnel upon check-in.
   8. This voucher is fully transferable but must be accompanied by an authorization letter and a copy of the valid ID from the winner authorizing the bearer to redeem the voucher.
   9. No extensions on the validity date stated above unless issued by the property due to government guidelines on travel.
   10. The voucher is for one-time use only.

HOW TO CLAIM PRIZES

1. After receiving the notification (registered mail, SMS and/or email), the winner must send an email using their registered email address to reservations@dsb.discovery.com.ph confirming that they have received any of the notifications: registered mail, SMS or e-mail.
2. The winner has 60 days from the day they received the registered mail notification to confirm and claim their e-voucher or the prize will be forfeit prior to DTI approval.
3. A voucher will be sent via e-mail to the winner’s registered mailing address.
4. The voucher will be valid for one year from the date of when the voucher was issued to the winner.
5. The recipient must call/e-mail the reservation team of the hotel/resort where they can redeem their voucher.
6. The recipient must provide the gift certificate number to the reservation team representative prior to making a reservation.
7. During check-in the recipient must present the voucher to the Front Desk.
