1. Setting the mood is the first step. Play relaxing music that will easily transport you to a peaceful state of mind.
2. Scents play a vital role in creating a pleasant ambience, so go grab your diffuser if you have one. Lavender and eucalyptus essential oils are specially good for relaxation. If you don’t have these at home, scented candles are great alternatives and should do the trick.

3. Prepare the comfiest robe that you can find in your closet. We all know there is nothing quite like slipping into something soft and cozy after a bath.

4. Treat your skin with a purifying clay mask to clarify pores and help remove debris, toxins and excess oil, and of course with a body scrub for exfoliation and rejuvenation.

5. Improve blood circulation and reduce swelling of your face with a jade roller. We recommend chilling it in the fridge to get that extra cooling and soothing effect!

6. Your scalp is often an overlooked area of your body, so remember to also give it some tlc. Massaging coconut oil or castor oil before taking a shower will help moisturize and nourish it.
