Through specialized services, treatments, and facilities, Terra is the perfect haven for guest to float back to reality at their own pace after the treatment.

Operations:
- Spa will open at 10:00 am to accept bookings and reservations. Treatments will start at 1:00 pm and last call is at 8:00 pm. However, if guests desire to have an early appointment, an advance booking of at least one day before the desired treatment schedule is required.
- Please note that all bookings should be coordinated with the spa reception properly.
Spa Etiquette:
- Time: Guests are requested to arrive at the spa at least 10 minutes before their appointment schedule. In the event that they arrive late, the treatment will be shortened if there is another booking immediately after their schedule.
- Cancellation: if the guests wish to change or cancel their appointment, kindly inform the spa four hours before their treatment time. No shows will be charged 50% of the treatment price as cancellation fee.
Spa Notice:
- Treatment areas are sanitized regularly. Fresh linens and towels are used for each of the treatment.
- All spa therapists are required to wear the following protective equipment during treatment:
- Face mask
- Hair restraint
