• Rates are subject to 10% service charge and 12% government taxes.
• A minimum of 2-night stay is required for this promotion to apply
• Children 7 years old and below are free of charge when sharing room with parents/adults with no extra bed requirement.
• Guests 8 years old and above will have an extra person charge of PHP 3,300++ or PHP 4,026 nett per night will apply, inclusive of breakfast and roundtrip airport transfers.
• Reduce in room nights will be subject to rate and inclusion change. Changes in inclusions and rate will be based on length of stay requirement of current promotions or Best Available, whichever is applicable.
• The offer (including spa credits) is not valid in conjunction with other offers, discounts and promotions. VAT Exemption, however, can be applied.
• Rate does not apply to group bookings.
• Unused package inclusions are non refundable and cannot be converted to any services rendered by the hotel. Spa credits are not to be converted to food & beverage credits except if Terra Wellness Spa is closed due to government regulation.
• Prepayment upon reservation is required.
• Reservation is non-cancellable but can be rebooked. Rebooking must be done at least 3 days prior to arrival to avoid penalty charges equivalent to full stay. Rates are subject to room availability, super peak dates and black-out dates.
