Guest Chef Series: Chef Alan Millan Vivian at Forno Osteria

New York-based Guest Chef Alan Millan Vivian takes centerstage at Discovery Shores Boracay’s Italian restaurant, Forno Osteria this June. Having worked at the kitchen of Harry Cipriani restaurant in New York, a replica of the famous Harry’s Bar in Venice that opened in 1931, Chef Alan has mastered Italian cuisine as well as the art of pasta making.
