But the beach is too far and booking flights for an out of town trip is way out of your budgets. Don’t worry, we’ve got you all covered. You can still have these cocktails! So, here are 6 easy cocktails you can try that will transport you to your dream beach destinations and will help you stay cool all summer:
1. Sangria
Ingredients:
1 Bottle of Red Wine
1 Lemon
1 Orange
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 ½ oz Brandy
2 cups Ginger Ale or Club Soda
How to make it:
Pour the wine into a pitcher and squeeze the juice from the lemon and orange
Toss in the fruit wedges and add the sugar and brandy, stir until sugar dissolves
Chill it in the refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight to marry the fruit and wine flavors
Add the ginger ale or club soda just before you serve it
You may also garnish with freshly cut lemon or orange
2. Margarita
Ingredients:
1 ¾ oz Tequila
1 oz Lime juice
¾ oz Triple Sec
How to make it:
Combine all ingredients in cocktail shaker
Add ice to cocktail shaker
Shake well
Strain into chilled rocks glass with a salt rim over fresh ice
Garnish with lime and enjoy
3. Classic Mojito
Ingredients:
2 oz White Rum
1 oz Lime
1 oz Simple Syrup
Mint
How to make it:
Muddle mint into glass
Combine remaining ingredients the glass
Add crushed ice
Garnish with mint

4. Amaretto Sour
Ingredients:
1½ oz Amaretto Liqueur
1 oz Simple Syrup
¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Orange
Maraschino Cherry
How to make it:
Pour the Amaretto, simple syrup, and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker with ice
Shake and strain into a glass filled with ice
Garnish with an orange slice and cherry
5. Piña Colada
Ingredients:
2 oz Light Rum
2 oz Pineapple Juice
1 ½ oz Cream of Coconut
Pineapple wedge
Maraschino Cherry
How to make it:
Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice
Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass
Garnish with the pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry.
6. Daiquiri
Ingredients:
2 oz White rum
¾ oz Lime
¾ oz Simple syrup
How to make it:
Combine all ingredients in cocktail shaker
Ice small cocktail shaker
Shake well, until cocktail shaker is frosted over
Strain into chilled glass
Finally, garnish with lime
