Ingredients:

  • Baguio Beans 50g
  • Carrots 50g
  • Jicama 50g
  • Sweet Potato 50g
  • Garlic 25g
  • Onion 10g
  • Vegetable oil 5ml

 

Method:

  1. Sauté onion until it becomes translucent
  2. Add sweet potatoes
  3. When the sweet potatoes are half cooked, add all remaining ingredients
  4. Season with salt and pepper

 

Ingredients to make Malunggay Crepe:

  • Malunggay 50g
  • Flour 200g
  • Milk 100ml
  • Egg (2 pcs)

 

Method:

  1. Boil malunggay leaves until they are dark green in color. Afterwards, put in an ice bath and remove excess water.
  2. In a blender, add milk, egg and malunggay
  3. Mix the malunggay mixture in a bowl
  4. In a non-stick pan, pour a medium ladle of the malunggay crepe mixture

 

Ingredients to make Lumpia Sauce:

  • Soy Sauce 10ml
  • Peanut Butter 25g
  • Cornstarch 50g
  • Brown Sugar 15g
  • Water 100ml

 

Method:

  1. Boil water and soy sauce
  2. While coming to a boil, dissolve peanut butter and sugar
  3. When boiling add the cornstarch

 

Assembly of Fresh Lumpia:

In a plate, put the lumpia vegetable first then the lettuce on the malunggay crepe. Then roll and drizzle the lumpia sauce. Finish with peanuts and fresh garlic.
