CULINARY

Chef de Partie – Hot Kitchen

Qualifications

  • Willing to be assigned in Boracay.
  • Graduate of Culinary Degree or with certification.
  • With 3 to 5 years professional experience in an international hotel/kitchen.
  • At least 1 year in the same capacity or 2 years as Junior CDP.
  • Comprehensive knowledge in Western and Asian cuisines.
  • Experience in banquet, a la carte and plated services.
  • Possesses extraordinary food presentation skills.
  • Servsafe/HACCP certified is a plus.
  • Highly responsible and reliable.

Chef de Partie – Hot and Cold sections

Qualifications

  • Willing to be assigned in Boracay.
  • At least 1 to 2 years of professional experience in the same capacity.
  • Relevant experience in a resort/hotel for hot and cold kitchen operations is an advantage.
  • Preferably a graduate of Culinary Arts or Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management.
  • Knowledgeable in food preparation and basic cookery in the hot and cold sections.
  • Knowledge in food safety is an advantage.

Junior Sous Chef

Qualifications

  • Willing to be assigned in Boracay.
  • With Diploma or Certificate in Culinary is required.
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years professional experience in similar capacity.
  • With excellent leadership skills.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE

Assistant F&B Manager

Qualifications

  • Willing to be assigned in Boracay.
  • With management experience of 2 to 3 years.
  • Highly customer oriented.
  • Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong team orientation.
  • Demonstrates expertise in food industry.
  • Knowledge in preparing and managing a budget and inventory/loss control management.
  • Preferably a graduate of Business Management, Hospitality, Tourism Management or any related field.

F&B Supervisor(Operations Supervisor)

Qualifications

  • Willing to be assigned in Boracay.
  • With supervisory experience of 2 to 3 years.
  • Highly customer oriented.
  • Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong team orientation.
  • Demonstrates expertise in food industry.
  • Knowledge in preparing and managing a budget and inventory/loss control management.
  • Preferably a graduate of Business Management, Hospitality, Tourism Management or any related field.

Bar Supervisor

Qualifications

  • Willing to be assigned in Boracay.
  • With supervisory experience of 2 to 3 years.
  • Highly customer oriented.
  • Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
  • Possesses the ability to work within a team and supervise a team.
  • Demonstrates expertise with beverages – alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and have a keen interest in quality of beverages and service standards.

GUEST SERVICES

Guest Services Associate

Qualifications

  • Willing to be assigned in Boracay.
  • Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizing skills and the ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • Good guest interaction skills/highly customer oriented.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to details.
  • Previous work experience in the Hospitality industry is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Guest Relations Associate

Qualifications

  • Graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
  • Licensed Engineer is required.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of professional experience of the same capacity in a hotel.
  • Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
  • Possesses the ability to work within a team and supervise a team.

Mechanical and Electrical Technician

Qualifications

  • Willing to be assigned in Boracay.
  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of professional experience.
  • Graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering, BS Electrical Engineering or any related technical course.
  • Licensed Engineer is an advantage.
  • Experience in the hotel and/or related industry is an advantage but not required.
